Jynx
Nothing lasts forever. These winter days weren't getting any better. The wind whipped and crackled in the frigid air tugging at the black wolven's fur. The snow piled up to her belly fur, making shivers send throughout her whole body. She stood in the middle of the field as she stared blankly at the snowy nothingness. It was weird how the snow could pull you into a trance like that. Now these days, it was always like this, every day. Would these cold and harsh days never end? After all, nothing lasts forever. The former alphess shook her head as she though about her pack, her children, her mate...they were all gone. She wouldn't forget the ones that she loved. Every must be dead in this horrid weather. The black wolves started to walk now as she thought. Sometimes it seemed like she were the only one left. She wished for the hot sun on her fur again. The black she-wolf growled as the front of her body slid deeper into the snowy coldness. Oh, Jynx. She tried to haul herself out with her hind legs, but only managed to get out a little bit. She felt another growl rising in her throat. After all, nothing lasts forever.

Xx.Irony had a mysterious way of working. One minute Morpine thought he was strolling toward the sea, and the next minute he's in the midst of honey colored wheat strands. His masculine ashen legs shied away from the vegetation, a look of disgust briefly crossing his features, brows furrowing over his golden eyes. "Where...the h.ll...am I?" This question was spoken in a whisper, as if talking to himself. But really, his voice was directed, not toward a listening party, but himself. And Phyrin. Phyrin was his 'imaginary friend.' Though, this is said in childish terms. The Iraseco line was noted to have a sense of...schizophrenia, if you will. His great great great grandfather didn't, though his offspring spoke to a second body that didn't existl a figament of their own imaginations. Phyrin was a spinoff of himself, his nicer half.
xx.'Well, Tone. You're probably in a field of wheat...' Morph rolled his eyes, smirking slightly at the sarcasm that dripped from Phyrin's echoing voice. Well thanks, king obvious. A chuckle from each. Morphine turned his handsome face so that it faced the distant figure of a tree. His ears flicked forward as he began to advance, slowly, carefully, each hair standing. Morph wasn't usually afraid, but this land unnerved him. There was something about it, about this land; it seemed empty and alone, but full to the fringes of death, destruction, and hatred. His claws dug into the frozen dirt as his mixed irises flicked toward the gnarled, twisted branches. Creepy. Instantly his heart dropped as a raven flew forth, and than recognition washed over him and he smirked. Phyrin's usual form; a black raven with one white feather on his back.
xx.Phyrin's eyes narrowed on Morphine, and the edges of his beak tipped up in a smirk. 'Morphine, sir. Do you have a purpose here?'/ Morph turned his back toward the tree, lifting his leg, urinating. Disrespect? Perhaps. But Morphine was never great with respect, ever since a pup. His parents tried to do right by him, but, regardless, he turned out to be a rebel child anyway. Furrowing his brows, Morphine looked up at Phyrin. 'I have no purpose here,' he grumbled, eyes narrowed. 'And that is just the problem.' He smirked, as if laughing silently at some joke, before lowering his head, ears flicking. He was waiting for something, anything, to happen.
xx.But waiting for this thing to happen, Morphine caught the scent of a fea in the distance. A lonely girl, wnadering the grounds. Hm. And no one else here? Well then. This might turn out to be his lucky day. A sly, devilish smirk crept along his kissers as he left the tree, and Phyrin behind, heading in the direction of the fem's scent. Come out come out where ever you are... He mumbled to himself, searching rapidly the dove who had so bravely wandered out alone. Morphine was curious, wanting to know who this fea was. 'Didn't anyone tell you? Curiousity killed the cat.' Phyrin mocked, in a sarcastic tone. Morphine twisted around to face the raven, but he was gone already. D.mn Phyrin. Stay outta my buisness. He snapped, continuing to follow the scent. And now. The moment he had been waiting for. He found the ess. She was charred. A beauty she was, but soon, she would regret ever coming to this wretched place.

A silent, bone-chilling breeze ruffled up her black pelt, now numb from being in the snow. Her black pads crunched in the dry snow as she turned to look at the trees in the distance. Jynx growled to herself, simply for no reason. The memories of her past still clung in her head, which was annoying her deeply. The raven colored fem strode forward, thinking about getting herself a meal right now. Her last was a week ago and all it was was a skinny hare. These winters were harsh, this one being the worst, and only surviving on the Freeland prey was not enough for a lone wolf as herself. She though that she wouldn't last 'till the flower buds appeared on trees around here. Tragedy. Jynx stiffened and drew her lips into a snarl as a new scent waved past her. A male. Great, Jynxy. She whipped around and saw the black male in the distance, striding toward her. A growl built up in her throat as she waited for him to either leave or meet her...the first preferably. She glared at the brute with hostile blue eyes. You never should have come here.....
Comments: Nice post Morph! I wish I were as good as you!

Xx. Well well, the girl finally showed her face. His mixed eyes slid to the figure near him, his eyes searched almost hungrily over her body. Well, that was male instinct for you. But as instantly as it came, it died down in the same second, and his red and gold irises gently swept over her. She was a pretty one, he had to admit that. Her eyes, a deep ocean blue, her pelt, coal and grayscaled colors thrown together. And her body, lithe, clean, slender, attractive. He smirked as she forwarded to her body. ------------ unfinished
